- We deliver wherever you directDrop-off or shipment to your reference lab, a hospital lab, a specialty lab, or a partner service center. Your choice, per order.
- Your test ordering doesn’t changeThe order is still yours, placed the way you place it today, through your existing lab relationship.
- Insurance billing for the test is unaffectedThe laboratory bills the test however it normally would. That is between you, your patient, and your lab.
- We only charge for the collectionOur fee covers the collection and the logistics. It is a cash-pay service fee billed to your organization, not to insurance.

Our collection fee is a cash-pay service charge. We do not bill insurance for it, and we do not put your organization into a claims process to get paid.

The questions we get about mobile collection.
Can we use this without ordering labs from you?
Yes, and plenty of partners do exactly that. Mobile collection stands on its own. Buying tests from our menu is a separate decision you can make later or never.
Which labs will you deliver to?
Whichever one you direct us to. National reference labs, hospital labs, specialty labs, or a partner service center. If it needs to ship rather than be driven, we handle the packaging and the courier.
Who pays the collection fee?
Whoever you decide. It can be invoiced to your organization monthly, or collected from the patient at the time of booking. Some partners absorb it, some pass it through.
Can the patient use insurance for this?
Not for our collection fee, which is cash-pay. The laboratory test itself is billed separately by your lab and may well be covered. That part is unchanged by working with us.
Do you handle multi-patient facility stops?
Yes. Facility rounds with several collections in one visit are one of the most efficient things we do, and we price them accordingly.
Do you collect samples other than blood?
Yes. We collect a range of specimen types depending on what the order calls for and what the destination laboratory accepts. Bring us your typical order mix and we will confirm.
