A partner patient service center
Send the patient to a partner lab location near them. Convenient for patients who are happy to travel and prefer a walk-in.
Our mobile collection
Add a mobile visit to the order and we will come to the patient. This is where the two services combine, if you want them to.

Testing ordered through our menu is a cash-pay service. We do not bill insurance for it, and that constraint is what makes the pricing predictable enough to quote at the front desk.

The questions we get about lab ordering.
Do we need our own lab account?
No. You order through us and we route the specimen to a CLIA-certified partner laboratory under our arrangement. There is no separate lab contract for you to open or maintain.
Can we bill insurance for these tests?
No. Tests ordered through our menu are cash-pay only. If you need to run something through insurance, order it through your own lab and use our mobile collection for the visit if that helps.
Do we have to commit to anything to get started?
No commitment and no sign-up minimum. Every test has a set price, so the number you quote a patient is the number they pay.
How fast can we start ordering?
Most practices are onboarded within a week. A short call, account setup, portal credentials, and your first order can go in.
What tests are available?
Routine chemistry, hematology, hormone panels, thyroid, metabolic, lipid, vitamin and other commonly ordered analytes, plus specialty markers and custom panels on request. We will send the current menu with prices.
How do results come back?
Released by the partner laboratory and routed to the ordering provider. Turnaround depends on the panel and the laboratory running it, so we will confirm expected timing for the tests you order most.
